Principles & Policies

Our Dedication

We are dedicated to providing the best and finest ethical care in the science and art of dentistry, allowing patients the opportunity to make informed choices regarding treatment that is most appropriate for each individual.

We believe that oral health is pivotal to general health and well-being, and strive to enhance the well-being and quality of life for all patients through the prevention and treatment of oral and dental disease. Our challenge is to provide outstanding service, to convey trust and competence, delivered by an exceptional team.

Our Relationships

We work hard to build relationships that are based on trust and understanding, and take great pride and care in the delivery of quality dentistry.

We empower our patients with the skill and independently dentally healthy, once damaged or missing teeth have been truly restored to natural form and function. In this way subsequent operative dental needs are minimised.

Our Passion

Our passion for clinical excellence and patient satisfaction is reflected by selecting specialist colleagues and dental technicians for their shared values, treatment philosophies and expertise.

Our Philosophy

We believe in the philosophy that "the best dentistry is no dentistry." This means that we prioritise preventive measures to maintain the health of your teeth and gums, reducing the need for extensive dental work. However, when tooth decay does occur, we offer tooth-coloured fillings that embody the meeting of art and science.

Our skilled dentists perform these procedures under magnification, ensuring precision and accuracy. Decay is completely removed, and dental tissues are meticulously conditioned. Using advanced techniques, our team layers and sculpts composite material to recreate the natural anatomy of your teeth, resulting in seamless and aesthetically pleasing restorations.

Financial Policy & Value

We endeavour to maintain a balance between fees and providing care of the highest standard. Fees reflect our clinical time, use of the best available materials, and investment in state of the art equipment.

Private health insurance rebates may offset some of your costs for some procedures, but restrictive fund rules often preclude cover for needed treatment. Many people now find these funds do not offer good value. Consider this carefully.

Payment

Payment is required on the day of treatment. Should you require, we can recommend Mediplan as a source of easy finance for your dental needs. You can have your dental work done NOW and pay over time with a flexible monthly payment through Mediplan. All it takes is a phone call.
